Hi we have not long went live and the person who set it up has put 5 P&L classes (4 shops and one centre) the budgets are set up with this as well, but when we run budget v actual report it shows all 5 actuals (which is what I want) but only one of the selected classes for the budget. Can we get all 5 at the same time? I would like to see both individual P&L reports for each class and all 5 on the same and really also one consolidated P&L v budget without classes.
I also need to set up a restricted BS code for various assets, would this be as another class but only every used on BS or is there a better option? from what I can think of there will not be restricted P&L codes so they shouldn't overlap

In QuickBooks Online, we cannot get 5 classes for the budget at the same time. If you need to use it as a comparison, we can pull up the report and export it to excel. Also, setting up restricted BS code for various assets is not yet an option. We can only setup codes through class tracking.
