We have a firm login (CPA) and manage multiple client accounts as "Master Admin". How come some Apps in the marketplace allow client apps to be installed and others don't? Is this a limitation on the App developers or something in settings for our firm login and/or client logins?
Since you've mentioned that some Apps in the marketplace allow clients to install the apps and others don't, I would recommend you reach out to the developer of the app so someone can help you fully address your concern installing it.
