Company Address Not Reflected on Bill Payment Stubs

Hi there,

 

Changing the information in Company/Company information… in QB desktop doesn’t seem to be enough. The new address that prints on Bill Payment Stubs has an extra line from the old address at the end of it.

 

Any ideas?

Company Address Not Reflected on Bill Payment Stubs

I'm here to ensure you can update your company's address for it to reflect on your Bill Payment stubs, KYYZ. Let's work side-by-side to ensure we can change your business info.

 

The configured company information must match the other transactions or data in need of company info, including the Bill Payment Stubs. Since the updated info isn't displaying, I'll provide additional steps along with a screenshot so you can change the address. You can refer to the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Company menu and choose My Company.
  2. Hit the Pencil icon to edit.
  3. Select Contact Information or Legal Information, and then update the address.
  4. Once done, click OK.

 

Moreover, you can update the address outside of QuickBooks Desktop. Perform the following:

 

  1. Log in to camps.intuit.com using a web browser.
  2. Next to Primary Mailing Address, click Change. If this address is connected with a payment method, you'll need to change the address on the payment method first.
  3. Choose the correct address from the list or hit Add a new address.
  4. Then, click Save and Close.

 

If the issue persists, we can run the Verify and Rebuild tool to scan and fix common data issues.

No luck. The address looks correct on the company file and a verify and rebuild did not fix the issue.

 

Any other ideas?

No luck. The address is correct under the Company Info and we performed a verify and repair which did not resolve the issue.
