Hi, I do have Desktop Pro 2020 and my accountant can work with either Premier or Enterprise Online 2020. We tried to do a test; I sent her an accountant’s copy for her to make changes (she made 1 change on the petty cash account) just to see if I was able to open the file back. I was able to open it but didn’t see the change. What do you think could be the problem? thanks

Here's everything you need to know when using the Accountant's copy, @Mavilan.
Changes made by your accountant, will not be imported into your file if they use features not available in your version of QuickBooks Desktop. That being said, you need to make sure that the Accountant's Copy version and the QuickBooks Desktops are compatible.
You and your accountant must use the same version or year of QuickBooks Desktop. You can also use a different version as long as the gap between the versions is only one year, and the accountant has a more recent version.
For more details, please see this article: Use the Accountant's Copy.
For additional reference, here's how you can import the accountant's changes into your file: Import your accountant's changes.
You also have the option to remove the Accountant's Copy restriction on QuickBooks Desktop. For the detailed guide, head to the Remove the accountant's copy restriction page at this link.
