Connection 590 error

One of my 10 quickbooks online that I cannot create the connection to my chase bank. I got error 590. Opened more than 7 cases with quickbook. Got response that issue solved. But it is not.  Desperately need help.

We've received reports from other users experiencing the same error when connecting their Chase account to QBO. Our banking team is currently investigating and working on a resolution.

 

As a workaround, I recommend signing in to your QBO account using a private browser or "incognito" mode. This can help your computer or device run more efficiently by preventing interference from extensions, plugins, or cookies. Here are the shortcut keys for these browsers:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

You can also clear your cache and refresh website preferences, which may cause issues with QBO.
