Buy nowI tried to connect to my bank Mercury and used Connect To Paypal app, but no matter how I tried I always got like wrong credential. I'm not really what the hell happening in the Quickbook backend when the next tab on my browser just using exactly the same credential I entered, feel kinda wasted money when I have to upload things manually.
I appreciate you taking the time to communicate your challenges in connecting with your bank, Bryan. Dealing with these setbacks can be overwhelming. I can walk you through how to connect your bank directly to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
You received the wrong credentials error since PayPal is only intended for PayPal accounts while Mercury Bank is a different institution. Therefore, you'll need to connect your bank directly to the Bank Transactions page.
To begin with, please log in to your bank website using another browser and check if you can sign in to your account. You can also check if there are alerts or notifications. If none, copy the URL and paste it to QuickBooks.
Here's how you can connect your bank account in QBO.
Once your transactions are downloaded to QBO, categorize them for a better experience. You can set up bank rules to automate this reviewing process.
If you need some help managing your transactions, check out QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted. Our team of experts can share relevant insights in organizing your business finances to keep your book accurate.
By setting up online bank feeds, you can automatically download transactions. Let us know if you need further clarification. I'm still here to back you up.

Hi bryan1811.
Thank you for taking the time to share the error you're encountering with QuickBooks Online (QBO) as you try importing your Paypal transactions via your bank. Error code 590 typically indicates an unexpected issue at your bank's end.
For now, we suggest waiting a few hours to see if the issue resolves on its own. Afterward, you can try reconnecting your bank to see if that clears up the error.
In the meantime, you have the option to manually upload your Paypal transactions into QBO.
Here's a quick guide on how to do it:
If the issue with the error code persists after a few hours, we recommend getting in touch with our live support team for further assistance.
