Buy nowI have Desktop Pro Plus 2024. Sending invoices was working fine, Out of nowhere the email says "couldn't connect to email server". I am using the web mail settings. Double checked everything, completely updated, I have tried all the suggested solutions. Spent 45 mins on the phone with customer support with no success. Any ideas?

To fix my issue I changed the settings under send forms to webmail it was previously working with "others" selected. entered email ID, selected outlook/hotmail/live then clicked the use enhanced security box. This took me to the webmail office 365 login. filled it out and it connected with Quickbooks. I have email again!
