Join nowI am trying to eliminate purchase order from an estimate. Purchase order is setup as a custom field BUT I cannot seem to choose a specific form to display in only a form type of which I can only select ALL Sales Forms which either puts the field on ALL forms or none???

Great having you join us here in the Community, @DCCRFID. I've got some information about customizing fields in QuickBooks Online.
Adding custom fields to a specific sales form is an exclusive feature of QBO Advanced. Otherwise, if you use QuickBooks Online Plus or Essentials, you can create your own custom fields on invoices, estimates, sales receipts, refund receipts, and credit memos.
