Hello, hope somebody can help me with this issue as I have uploaded other templates without problem.
I created a custom form style (invoice template) on Quickbook Online and one of the fields is <shippingaddress>. When I created the the custom form, in the preview everything looks ok. But when I open an invoice with that new form, the shipping address doesnt show up on the Print or Preview.
Please note:
1. I am using same format and information of a previous created custom form that doesnt have this problem. I just updated the logo and contact information on this new version. Actually, when I switch to the old custom form invoice, the shipping address is updated on the invoice without any problem.
2. I use the field name <shippingaddress> on the doc. and in the step "check your template" while creating the new custom form style, the your field is "shippingaddress" and Quickbooks Field is "Shipping address". There not errors on this field.
Thank you very much for the support with this matter and your prompt support.

It's great to hear you've successfully imported a new invoice template which include the shipping address. This will should be displayed since you already mapped it correctly.
Just to make sure, did you open the existing invoice on the new template? If yes, this may be the reason why the information isn't displayed when you view it through Print and Preview. To fix it, you can delete and recreate the invoice to display the information using the most recent uploaded template. Before you proceed, please ensure you have all the details.
If you've opened or created a new invoice, let's try some browser troubleshooting steps. This unexpected behavior of the software may be the result of a cache problem you've experienced. You can start by accessing your account through an incognito window. Here the shortcut keys:
Try to do Print and Preview. If it works, return to your regular browser and clear the cache. The efficiency of the system will be improved by removing any outdated data that was kept on your browser. Alternatively, you can utilize different supported browsers.

Hello @Giovann_G thank you for your response.
I created the invoices after the creation of the new template (Invoice 2023).
I used the incognito browser and also cleaned the cache and I still have the problem. Please note that I have the problem with both browsers, Mozilla and Chrome.
I also created a new template (Invoice 2023 r1) using the same doc I used to create the template "Invoice 2023". I had the same problem with that template.
I also noticed that when I open an invoice when one of the new invoices (wither Invoice 2023 r1 or Invoice 2023), as I mentioned before the shipping address is not show up on the Preview or Print option, but when I change the template to another ones (either an old template or one of the new templates -Invoice 2023 r1 or Invoice 2023), and then I switch to one of the new template (Invoice 2023 r1 or Invoice 2023) then it works.
I just cannot be changing templates every time to be able to finally use the newest template because we have a lot of invoices to create and send.
Thank you!
