Custom invoice template

The Import Styles feature is unavailable for newly created companies or new users. Thus, QuickBooks Lab is inaccessible. You may consider using a third-party application to upload your customized invoice template to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Please know that there are several reputable apps and platforms that seamlessly integrate with QBO, making the process more efficient. You can check out our Apps Center or browse your Apps menu to find a tool that meets your needs.

Here’s how:

1. From your left navigation pane, go to the Apps menu.
2. Select Find apps.
3. Enter a keyword in the Search field.
4. Choose an application.
5. Review the features, then click Get app now.
