My Customers List is alphabetized by first name. Can I change it to alphabetize by last name?

Hi @yay,

I'll take care of this concern for you.

What you see on top of the thread that's marked as the best answer is the same as its original post. It's placed on top of the thread so it would be easier for other users to see the post that answered the question on the thread.

I've tried clicking the View solution in original post link and it routed me to the actual post. I can see it fine on my end, without any issues whatsoever.

With that said, you can take these steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Open your browser's private window. This isolates the cache, which is the usual cause of unexpected behaviors on browsers.
    • If that works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.
    • If the issue persists, open an alternative browser that's available.

You can also visit this page: Get started for QuickBooks Desktop. It's here you'll see links for topics such as Data and security, and Set up inventory
