Hi, this may seem trivial, but I totally cringe every time I see an invoice go to my customers with "Your invoice is ready!" - the invoice being ready is of course exciting for ME, but I know my customer is isn't going to be excited. Nobody is excited to get a bill.
If we could customize that message .. or even just have that exclamation mark removed, I would greatly appreciate it. It's extremely unprofessional and not the vibe we would like our customers to get when they open a bill from us.
Thank you.
I appreciate your thoughts on the "Your invoice is ready!" message, Andrew. Using a professional and considerate tone in billing will reflect your company’s professionalism and improve the customer experience.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can modify the Online delivery settings to remove the Your invoice is ready! message. I'll guide you on how:
After that, send the customer invoice again.

Hello, thank you for showing me that, I went and took a look. Unfortunately the plain text, of course, doesn't look as nice as the HTML email which has our logo, nice color and fonts. You guys did a nice job on that email! Except for the programmer who wrote the title. We work with programmers and sometimes they do things like this, unsupervised, which makes you want to smack them with a rubber chicken
So I could remove the unprofessional text but only by switching to the less professional looking Plain Text invoice. It's not really a good solution, so if the issue could be fixed in the HTML version that would be great. Could you possibly ticket that? I researched the community and found that this has been requested by other QB customers as well. Thank you, again.
