customized color and logo for estimates not showing when sent by email

when i go to send an estimate or invoice, it just defaults to a standard blue color with no logo. how can i make it show my colors and logo on estimates and invoices even though i saved the customization settings?

I see that your customizations are set up correctly, but you're still having issues with the colors and logos on your estimates and invoices, duckspaintingpa.

 

To troubleshoot, please log in to your QuickBooks Solopreneur account using a different supported browser. Send the estimate or invoice with the same customizations to your personal email and check if the results are the same.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Live Support team for further investigation. Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Click the (?) icon in the upper right corner and select the Search tab.
  2. Enter your concern in the search field.
  3. Click the Contact Us button at the bottom.
  4. Choose your preferred method of contact.
