Buy nowTrying to move from desktop to online. Not a fan of online or intuit for that matter. It's always something.
Thought I give them another chance. I expected the typical problems associated with everything quickbooks so here I am, unable to do the first basic thing.
I've followed their prompts to export my lists from desktop 2021 to online. I've even gotten the email I'm supposed to, once the migration is done. But there's nothing in any of the lists, and it's prompting me to move customers, vendors, etc., when I try to view any of them. What app do I need to download, and then what app do I need to fix the first app so maybe things will work? Sorry for the sarcasm. I'm sick of this. This is ridiculous. Nothing is simple with these people. Thanks in advance if someone has a solution to this.

There's a possibility that the account used when moving your data from QBDT is not the same as your online company. In this case, you can log out and then log back in to export your data. You can go to Company, then select Export Your Company File to QuickBooks Online.
