Buy nowI'm running QB Premier Plus desktop 2022 and have not been able to access Data Protect. I've tried troubleshooting steps to make sure the Windows & Norton firewalls aren't blocking it and all necessary items are in the trusted sites. When I try to access Data Protect, the login screen pops up but just keeps loading then finally disappears. I did access it in the past although now I can't. All updates to the QB software have been installed also.
