decimal places on invoices

Hi, I'm using QB Online and QB Time. I track my time, approve, and export. When it generates in a client's invoice, the time increment has seven decimal places. I cannot figure out which program I need to adjust to change this to two decimal places. I'm having to manually re-do each time entry from looking like this: 0.0166667 to this: 0.02. Is there a way I can change this setting?

Thanks.

Hello there, @bosticlegal.

You can set the number format in QuickBooks Online to display a specific format.  I can guide you in doing so.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Advanced menu.
  4. Scroll down to the Preferences section.
  5. Click the Pencil icon.
  6. Pick the Save button.
  7. Hit Done

On the other hand, you can also set your preferences in QuickBooks Time.

  1. Go to the Feature Add-ons menu.
  2. Select Timesheet Rounding.
  3. Set how'd you like to round off your timesheet clock-in and clock-out times.
  4. Click the Save button.

Swing by here again if you have other questions or concerns.  I'm just a few clicks away.
