You can set the number format in QuickBooks Online to display a specific format. I can guide you in doing so.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Choose Account and Settings.
- Select the Advanced menu.
- Scroll down to the Preferences section.
- Click the Pencil icon.
- Pick the Save button.
- Hit Done.

On the other hand, you can also set your preferences in QuickBooks Time.
- Go to the Feature Add-ons menu.
- Select Timesheet Rounding.
- Set how'd you like to round off your timesheet clock-in and clock-out times.

- Click the Save button.
