Well its has now been over 1 year. My deposit slips are still printing 2 pages if I use all 18 lines for checks.
I order the deposit tickets through Intuit. Intuit does not provide a 2 page Deposit Ticket & Summary.
I still can only use 15 of the 18 spots provided to be able to keep deposit summary on one page.
Wish you guys would really fix this problem as us users can not change spacing between the detail listed in the "DEPOSIT SUMMARY"
Hi, 781!
A few years ago, I found somewhere online where you could make your own QB deposit slips. I have been making my own ever since. You just need to print it on 24 lb paper. My bank takes them, even though I don't use Micr ink. It is a huge savings and they look just like the regular deposit slips. You just need to cut the deposit slip away from the summary. Until QB gets their act together, I just have to divide my deposits so they print on one page. Maybe if we flood the feedback daily, they might move it a more important issue!
Find some answers? Apparently you don't comprehend the problem - it hasn't been resolved at all. Having everything format to pdf via QBO for printing is annoying and users are unable to customize or resize the margins, or layout to adjust the fit to the page.
Still another Intuit fail with QB, esp QBO.

I still don't think anyone who read these posts actually comprehends the problem either as they keep saying the same thing over and over - but the adjustment only effects the Deposit Ticket (upper 1/3) and not the Deposit Summary (lower 2/3).
I did show 2 QBO help agents via a screen share the before and after pictures of the Deposit Summary - then they got it.
If you go to their order page for Deposit Tickets - It still shows the "Single Spacing" as it was pre-Feb 2020 when all checks printed correctly on one page.

It seems someone made the spacing a little bit better but not pre February 2020. I can get 18 checks to list again but the totals and cash back show still up on page 2. I don't keep our Deposit Summary as we have a small community bank so we give the Deposit Summary to the bank.
But if there is longer company name that goes to two lines -- then you run into problems again and cannot list 18 checks. I had to shorten a lot of my company names in QBO so they would not take two lines on the Deposit Summary.
Other recent problem I found --- If you don't know already - QBO does not have an individual company back-up unless you are on the "Advanced" version. If QBO had a server loss you will loose all your company data. We now are backed up with Rewind.
