Desktop Enhanced Payroll 2019 employee line yellow

When entering employee hourly time  the line is yellow.  I reverted, ran payroll update again, but yellow line remained.  Happened once before but reverted and PR update corrected.  Suggestions on a "fix".  I was able to complete PR, but know something is wrong

I'm here to help you get on the right track for your payroll. 

 

What you'll need to do is verify all employee details are entered in there correctly and check everything is set up for the payroll service. 

 

With it being a new year, it may be causing some issues.
