If QB Pro 2022 is the last version available, anyone know how to get it?

You can initiate a subscription upgrade when a new version of QuickBooks is available. A message will appear informing you of this once you open QuickBooks.
 

Here's how to initiate an upgrade from the message:
 

1. When you're ready, click Upgrade Now.
2. Choose Keep old version on my computer if you want to keep your current QuickBooks.
3. Hit Let's go.
4. The new version will now be downloaded, installed, and activated. Your company file(s) will also be updated.
5. When it's finished, select Open QuickBooks.

You can also manually upgrade from the Discovery Hub:
 

1. Access your Discovery Hub, then click Upgrade to QuickBooks 2024.
2. Hit Proceed to upgrade and press Upgrade now.
3. If you want both versions, pick Keep old version on my computer.
4. When the upgrade's completed, select Open QuickBooks.

You need to purchase a new license of QB Desktop 2024 Pro Plus to upgrade your version.

Thank you for the information. I'm just trying to get the latest non-subscription standalone version that is available. I don't like the subscription model and those I know who switched are unhappy. I'm also not a fan of my data being held hostage if I don't pay a monthly fee. That's just my personal opinion. It's a good product that I have used for over 15+ years, I just don't like the direction they have gone. The version that I am running only runs on Windows 10, but I was told 2022 would run on Windows 11. Will 2021?

You must call Intuit sales team by phone to purchase the new license. Another option, contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA for assistance and you can get $100 cashback.

I called and they said it wasn't available.  Is it?  Not sure if it was the multi-user issue or not.

It;s not correct. You can still purchase QB Desktop 2024 Pro Plus for 3 users and integrate it with your current Enhanced Payroll subscription. Intuit will support them until 2027 as long as your licenses are active. You should contact Fiat Lux.

I've got your back and answer your concern about upgrading your QBDT subscription, WB19681.

Being on the multi-user mode shouldn't be a problem when upgrading your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to the newest version. As long as it's within the QBDT 21-23 versions, you should be able to upgrade by following the steps provided by my colleague above.

Just make sure to install the updates for all company users. It ensures that the other users can access and manage the company file seamlessly and use the updated features. 

Furthermore, please be reminded that QBDT 2022-present versions are now subscription-based. It means that you'll need a new license when you want to upgrade your QBDT to 2024. With that, kindly take note of your current license, as this is one of the requirements for the upgrade.

To proceed with the process, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Go to this link: Downloads & Updates, and fill in the form accordingly.
2. Click Search and then select Download.
3. Choose QuickBooks License Agreement and tap on Let's get started.
4. Once routed, enter your QBDT license number to look for your QBDT 2024 and hit Search.
5. Select the email address you use to receive OTP from Intuit. Once received, enter the OTP on the field.
6. Locate your QBDT 2024 and click Install.
7. Once done, select Open QuickBooks and activate it.

Have you contacted Fiat Lux to get the price reference?

I have 2021 running on Windows 11 no more issues than is normal with quickbooks.  It runs fine, quickbooks has always been buggy since I've used it.   It has issues that haven't been fixed since 2014 with each "new" version.

don't pay the monthly fee its a rip off for what little intuit offers.  I've switched to paypal for electronic invoicing and don't need payroll.   so I refused to pay $650 a year in subscription costs per company just so I can pay intuit for the opportunity to charge me transaction fee's on my invoices.   I guess the money they were making wasn't enough.

Payroll can also be handled by 3rd party.
