QB 2024 has been successfully downloaded. In restoring two separate company backups it is harkening us back to "admin access only messages" and for us to contact our system Admin. The problem is we cannot remember back that far ! Is there any way to recover that information ? Thanks

@4Gal - unfortunately to use the method described in the link the current Admin username and password are needed and that is what we are seeking to recover. Who offers a third party " Admin password and username recovery process"? We have been using QB since early 1990's and our early bookkeeper ( Admin) is no longer with us. We last updated in QB2021 and do not recall this issue then. Thanks

So basically we've been relegated to a subscription plan or go without the whole plan we paid a big price for. Just be honest.
If you don't need to run any add-ons, you should stay with QB Desktop with non subscription licenses. You can use a 3rd party tool to import bank transactions.
