Subject to Intuit’s discontinuation policies or any subscription terms Intuit may provide you which require you to update or upgrade the software in order to continue use and support, Intuit will provide support for QuickBooks Desktop 2024 software until the earlier of: 
(a) the date your subscription expires (including if you decide not to renew); 
(b) the date on which you must update or upgrade the software due to a required subscription plan update or upgrade of the software, as required by Intuit; or 
(c) the date on which Intuit discontinues the software and no longer offers subscription renewals.
