QB 2024 has been successfully downloaded. In restoring two separate company backups it is harkening us back to "admin access only messages" and for us to contact our system Admin. The problem is we cannot remember back that far ! Is there any way to recover that information ? Thanks

Who offers a third party " Admin password and username recovery process"? We have been using QB since early 1990's and our early bookkeeper ( Admin) is no longer with us. We last updated in QB2021 and do not recall this issue then. Thanks
