2021 but they don't seem to exist anywhere.

My concern exactly! Is it for (and will it work within) the U.S. market? Foreign software would not do any of us any good whatsoever.

As of QB Desktop 2022, Intuit only offers the subscription license. Only scammers offer QB Desktop 2024 with non subscription licenses. Have you contacted @Fiat Lux - ASIA ? They can help to obtain the license of QB Desktop 2024 if required and you can get $100 cashback.

I fear I'm in the same boat as nearly everyone here. Currently on 2021 Desktop version and only need to upgrade to 2024 Pro Desktop version.

I can offer that I have downloaded the Desktop Pro 2024 version from what I think is this very site:

So now I have it and the web patch release found on the same link but I still have not found a way to actually purchase it or obtain new license and product numbers. I think the only way is to call intuit and discuss it with them which will probably lead to this 2024 Desktop Pro version being a subscription based product too.

Every "upgrade" option from within QB just takes you to the webpage for online versions. I have tried CAMPS and it says there are no products associated with my account even though I only have one intuit account and have upgraded every version of QB over the last 20 years. The whole thing has been more frustrating than any previous upgrade and I think it is mostly out of trying to force users into an online version of the software.

You can't purchase QB Desktop 2024 Pro Plus/Premier Plus/Mac Plus/Accountant Plus on their webstore. You must call their sales team by phone to get it. Otherwise, contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA and they can help to obtain it. You can also get $100 cashback.

Where can I purchase Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2024...the standalone version?  Would this be version supported by Quickbooks with security updates, etc?

Intuit only offers QuickBooks with subscriptions. There's no longer a standalone version which can be purchased. You can purchase a subscription for QuickBooks Pro 2024 through our Sales team.

They can be reached while you're using QuickBooks.

Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available. You'll also want to be aware that Pro subscriptions will no longer be sold after July 31, 2024. After this date, you may be able to obtain it through an authorized reseller.

To answer your other question, all QuickBooks products that aren't discontinued are supported by Intuit with security updates, live technical support, etc. After May 31, 2024, all 2021 versions of QuickBooks will be discontinued. I want to upgrade from Desktop Pro 2021 to Desktop Pro 2024.  I found a Quickbooks link that appears to allow a direct download of Desktop Pro 2024.  Is this a legitimate, working link?

As stated earlier, not at all interested in a subscription so I'll keep my 2018 Pro until the end of time. 

I'm not alone. Nice market for an independent to develop a similar product that is not a subscription.

It's more than likely a link to the subscription version. That is all they have now. No more one and done. Too much money to be made by charging everyone per year thousands of dollars.

You can't. Quickbooks has jumped on the money train. No more perpetual licenses for you. Subscription only. That way they can charge you every year multiple times over what Quickbooks would have cost. 

If you have 2021 I would think about keeping it. I'm still running 2018 and there are no copies of 2021 available anywhere. Nothing legitimate anyway. And... Quickbooks in their infinite wisdom will not let you transfer ownership of an old program to someone else so you can't buy a copy of a closed business. Nice...Should be illegal..Probably is.

Can you tell me if QB's Desktop Pro 2024 Plus has the exact same features as QB's Desktop Pro 2021?
