Join nowUsing Enterprise 2021. When hitting F2 for Product Information we have approx. 40 old versions showing up in the "Versions Used on File". I was told by Quickbooks Time rep that this was causing issues with Quickbooks Time syncing. I called Quickbooks to see how to remove or clear these out. They said there is no way except to see what is installed on each machine and server. These older versions are not installed anywhere still. Can these be cleared out (see attachment)? If yes, how can this be done?

We are not sure what is the relation between those list and sync requirement with QB Time. We may try to remove it with a service fee. Contact us in private for details.
