Do you know if there is a setting for this? I have not seen anything so far. Cant imagine why it would clear out the header fields. Happens to all users.Thanks
Apologize for the delay in responding. Do you know if this will be fixed in an upcoming release? Just doesnt make sense that they would be cleared out.
I do have another issue as a result of this now though. After uninstalling the Desktop Integration, we now cannot see "Service Items" in our Quickbooks Time app...
