Is there a place to see the detail of the plan features? None show purchase orders on this link(https://quickbooks.intuit.com/pricing/) but I know they used to have this feature. It makes it difficult to select an option when you cannot compare the features you need to what is available. I do not want to get partially set up and realize I have the wrong plan and will either pay more or cancel.

Specific question to purchase orders:
So if the purchase order is tied to inventory do all items need to be tied to inventory? I build custom assemblies and all material is tied to a job. As an example I will place a steel order and it will only be tied to the order, when I receive this I will send it to another vendor for processing. I do not need to track the inventory movement in QB because it is only a few po's at each vendor but I do need to create, track, and receive POs.
General Question:
Is there a more complete list of the features by product plan? The overview is good but I would need to understand what the capabilities are by category.
Hi there, Gary107.
In QuickBooks, if you want to track product quantities, add them as inventory items. If not, you can add them as non-inventory or service.
About the list of features by product plan, you can visit this page: See which version of QuickBooks is right for you. It outlines the different features and functions of the version that you want to use.
If you have additional questions, please don't hesitate to post again. I'll be right here to answer you.
