Direct deposit

I make a direct deposit which is easy to set up and do/ Once it goes through, on my bank statement is only says payroll pay-my company name-the amount. How can I custom/edit this to see who the payment goes to. For ex: I make a direct deposit of $1000 to John Smith. My statement says Payroll-$1000. I need to see John Smith or something that ties with him, receiving the money.

Please take note that your financial institution controls what data are populated in your bank statements. You'll want to coordinate with your bank so they can find a way to add the employee name in your bank statements.
