I'd be glad to share some insights about the process of starting a new company in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Before dissolving your company, ensure that you have already completed bookkeeping and yearend tasks. Each company file has a separate paid subscription, but you can access all of them with the same sign-in information. This lets you switch between companies quickly, making it easier to manage everything.
To sign up for a new subscription, here's how:
- Go to our QuickBooks Online page and then select Plans & Pricing.
- Select a QBO product and subscribe.
- You can either add a payroll plan or not and then click Checkout.
- Enter the same email address, mobile number, and password.
- Then click One More Step and then choose Sign in.
- Click Yes, that's correct.
- Then enter your billing info to Get started.
