Buy nowIs there a way to send Invoices via DocuSign for e-signature? I've added the DocuSign App however I'm only able to send Estimates with DocuSign. I need to also send Invoices through DocuSign for Signature.
Hi there, @AS89. I'm here to provide some info about integrating DocuSign app in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Once your DocuSign account is connected to QBO, you can only send estimates for e-signature using the app. For reference, please see this article: How to integrate DocuSign with QuickBooks Online Advanced.
Also, since the program depends on the apps connected to it, I'd recommend reaching out to the DocuSign support team to verify if the app can also send invoices for e-signature. They can give brief information about it and advise you on what actions to take.
I've also added this helpful resource to further guide you in managing invoice transactions of your customers: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
Keep me posted if you have questions about managing invoices in QBO. I'm always here ready to help achieve your goal. Wishing you all the best and take care.
Hello @DivinaMercy_N ,
Thanks for the reply, I went back and forth with DocuSign & QuickBooks support (DocuSign advised I need to speak with QB) and the conclusion was they haven't integrated the DocuSign App to be able to send Invoices. They advised it's on the list to integrate.......we'll see.
Thanks again.
