Does anyone else experience extreme latency with QB Online, still having major issues with paying contrators which I was told was on ongoing issue that was being worked.

Does anyone else experience extreme latency with QB Online, still having major issues with paying contrators which I was told was on ongoing issue that was being worked.

In the meantime, we haven't receive any reported issues regarding this concern, Ryan.

 

QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a web-based service that also relies on your computer or device's processing power, the amount of available memory (RAM), and the bandwidth of your Internet connection to perform as intended. A shortfall in any area can reduce the performance.

 

Yet, if you notice that the latency loads within 10 seconds or more, I recommend checking these tips to help you check your QBO performance.

 

  • Make sure to use the most recent version of Google Chrome.
  • Ensure your operating system is up-to-date and you meet or exceed the System Requirements for QuickBooks Online.
  • Verify your internet speed (bandwidth) is not limiting your QuickBooks Online experience. Run a Google Speed Test to confirm your bandwidth/the speed of your connection.

On the other hand, you can also use an Incognito window/ private window or other supported browsers to pay your contractors temporarily and to see if it's a browser issue.
