Does anyone else out there HATE this system that they call help?

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we’re running with a significantly reduced staff. Thus, you may experience delays in call requests (or chats) response. To ensure our support team can assist you on time, please review our support hours guide.
For the old "Help" menu:
Click the Help (?) menu at the top, and then tap Contact Us.
In case you're routed to the QB Assistant page, type Contact Us and then select Talk to a human.
Tap the Never mind option, and then choose I still need a human.
Click the Contact Us button.
Enter your question or concern on the search box and then click Let's Talk.
Pick either the Get a call or Start messaging option.
Fill out the needed info, and then hit Confirm my call or Submit to confirm.
For the new "Help" menu interface:
Click the (?) Help icon.
Choose the Talk to a human option (then type it again when prompted).
When asked by the bot, type your concern.
Select I still need a human, and then proceed with Contact us.
Click Let’s talk, andthen choose either Get a call or Start messaging.
