Letting other authorize users use the mileage tracking feature on the app would definitely lessen your workload. However, this is not available to make sure that there would be no duplicate entries in your account. At this moment, only the Master Admin has the ability to access the feature in QuickBooks Online.
As a workaround, you may want to consider using a third-party application. Just go to the Apps menu, then click the Find Apps tab.
