Does anyone know how to delete the "Get things done" / Workspace popup that appears every time we open the Dashboard?

Hi there, @fsutanya.

 

I understand you want to remove the task reminders/notifications in QuickBooks Online. If you can see the X or a Trash icon, click it to remove the reminder from your Dashboard.  

 

Please know that these tasks are there to let you know that some things need your attention. Hence, if you don't see the trash icon, that means it will only be cleared up once you’re done with them. 

 

If these are payroll forms and you've filed them outside of the program, see this article for more insights about archiving old forms.

 

However, if these are tax payments, go back to the Dashboard and click the Pay Now button. It will trigger the system to recalculate and remove them from the due on the task screen.

 

Additionally, the option to hide the workspace in QuickBooks Online is currently unavailable. As a workaround, you can turn on the privacy mode to turn off the dashboard instead.  

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Dashboard
  2. Select the Get things done
  3. On the left upper corner, click the Privacy to turn Off.
