Please note that the integration between DecoNetwrok and QBO is one way. It means that order data is pushed from DecoNetwork into the accounting software and not vice versa.
In this case, I would recommend reaching out to DecoNetwork. They can take a closer look at this to figure out why the purchase orders aren't syncing in QBO.

Did you ever figure out the issue? We're having issues with the integration from DecoNetwork to QBO. There are invoices and payments that won't integrate into QBO from DecoNetwork. DecoNetwork says that QBO doesn't provide specific details (the details say "invalid reference ID. Something has been deleted -- could be vendor, customer, item, etc.. It would be nice if there was an error log where is says, this could not integrate because 'xyz' doesn't match.) on why items aren't integrating into QBO and to contact QBO about the issue. When we contact QBO, they say its a DecoNetwork problem and we need to contact DecoNetwork. We can't figure out the issue (we've been searching/comparing details for more than a month!) and we've just been bounced back and forth!
