Drop down "customer" menu not working

My drop down "customer" menu is not working when trying to add a bill/expense. I have talked to 5 different QB representatives and none of them have been able to help me with this issue.

I have three weeks of bill/expensive that are sitting on my desk, so as you can imagine, this is a big issue. 

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this?

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If the customer drop-down menu works in private browsing, please clear the cache in your regular browser to improve performance and solve potential technical issues. You may also try accessing QBO using different devices or supported browsers

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
  3. Type in your issue or concern in the field. Hit Continue.
