Drop down menus not working

When I try to create my recurring invoices, the drop down option for my services is not populating.  Does anyone have a fix?  I have cleared cookies and cache but it still isn't working.  I need this resolved soon before I have to send out my September invoices. Thank you!

Aside from clearing the cache and cookies, you may also use a private or incognito window. Sometimes, accumulated cache files in your browser may cause unexpected behavior, like what you're experiencing with the dropdown option for services not populating. You may use these shortcut keys below:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Alternatively, you may utilize other supported browsers.

 

After doing the measures above and the issue persists, I suggest contacting our Phone/Chat Support Team during their available hours. They have the tools to access your account, conduct an investigation, trace the root cause of this issue, and guide you towards fixing it. Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
  2. Click the Help button.
  3. Hover to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Type in a brief description of your concern.
  5. Choose to Chat with us or Have us call you.
