Hello there, TomMxEdit.
Allow me to show you where to see all your bills in QuickBooks Online. I'll also provide the steps on how to duplicate a bill.
Here's how to get a list of all your bills:
- On the left navigation panel, click Expenses.
- From the All transactions dropdown, select Bill.

You can see both unpaid and paid bills on this page. However, there's no option to highlight and duplicate multiple bills using a shortcut key. You can only copy an unpaid bill individually.
Here's how:
- From the Expenses tab, go to Bills.
- On the Unpaid section, locate the bill you want to duplicate.
- Click the dropdown arrow under the Action column.
- Select Duplicate.

- Change the details that you need to edit.
- Click Save or Save and close.
Furthermore, I see how the option to highlight and duplicate multiple bills using a shortcut key can be beneficial to your business. I encourage you to submit a feature request through the Feedback section. Our Product Development Team carefully considers all ideas to ensure we meet our customers' needs.
Once done, you can track feature requests through the QBO Feature Requests website.
