Hello! I am getting error messages about emails being delivered by QBO but we don't send any emails from QBO. This just started happening. What settings do I need to look at to ensure QBO isn't attempting to send emails. Thanks!
Let's make sure the Send later box isn't enabled so QuickBooks won't send emails, wreade78.
While you're working on a transaction form, uncheck the Send later option before saving it. This way, QuickBooks won't automatically email it to the customer. I'm adding a sample screenshot below for your visual guide.

Thanks for providing additional details, @wreade78. I read the entire conversation, and it seems like you're experiencing a browser glitch.
Our regular browser collects temporary internet files in the cache, and when its full, that's when the unexpected behavior kicks in.
We can use a private or incognito window to clinch this issue. You may use these keyboard shortcut keys below to access according to your preferred browser:
From there, check to see if the send later options is visible on your invoice #8147. Then, follow the steps to uncheck the Send later option shared by my peer @MaryLandT.
Confirm if the issue is resolved when using the incognito or private browser. Then, proceed to clearing your browser's cache to make sure it'll function efficiently. If private browsing doesn't work, use another supported web browser to get the best and most secure QuickBooks experience.
Please let us know if you need more assistance. We're always here to back you up.
@katherinejoyceO, thanks for your message. I checked the invoice in a Chrome incognito window and found the Send Later option still wasn't checked. I also looked at the transaction using the Firefox browser. The option also wasn't checked in that browser. Other suggestions?
