Over time, the cache on your phone can accumulate unnecessary data, which may cause the app to behave unusually. To resolve this, follow the steps below to clear the app's cache.

After performing these steps, power cycle your device. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
As a workaround, you can access your QuickBooks using your mobile browser to email your invoices.
Additionally, you can receive an invoice payment using the QBO app.
