I'll share some insights about setting time increments using Enter Time/Single Activity in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), so you can manage your customers' billable time on invoices.
Once a time activity is billable, the time will automatically be pulled when preparing a customer's invoice. However, you'll have to manually set the time increment using Enter Time/Single Activity to enter the full timesheet data in QBDT.
