We're trying to figure out how to transfer our company data from QBO online to our version of QB enterprise (desktop).

During the process, we're with troubles to import our bank's transactions. We're trying to create a mapping to recognize the information coming from QBO and without success. There's any tutorial how to do it which may can help us?

This error in our title we do not know how to solve and we appreciate if anyone can help us.
