Our business uses Heartland Restaurant POS and imports the daily sales receipts into QuickBooks Desktop using the QuickBooks Web Connector 2.3.0.25.
Our business is closed on Mondays however this past Monday we had one transaction processed, a customer credit card refund that resulted in negative sales for the day.
The subsequent days we have had positive sales, however the negative transaction on Monday is causing the import process to error. Error Message: There was an error when saving a SalesReceipt. QuickBooks error message: Transaction amount must be positive.
The Web Connector is in error status because of that one negative sales receipt and will not import the subsequent days that do have positive receipts.
How do I fix this to ignore the one day and proceed to import the subsequent sales receipts?
