A possible browser issue might have caused the error when creating or sending invoices in QuickBooks Online. I will give you some steps that can eliminate errors caused by browser issues when working in the program.

First, open an incognito/private browsing session or switch to a different browser. Here are some of keyboard shortcuts to initiate an incognito session: 

• Ctrl + Shift + N  for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
• Control + Option +P if you're using Safari
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Microsoft Edge

 
Second, go back to your account and create or send an invoice again to check if you will not the receive the error again. If you're able to do it, delete the temporary internet files and saved cache in your browser. Here's an article for more details: Clear Cache And Cookies To Fix Issues When Using QuickBooks Online.

You can also follow these steps on how to request for a callback: 

1. Click Help in the upper right-hand corner of QBO.
2. Look for Talk to a human and click on it. 
3. Type in "support" or "contact support" again and press Enter.
4. Click I still need a human.
5. Select Get help from a human.
6. Click Have us call you.
