I'm trying to delete a record in the weekly timesheet but I keep getting the message, 'Another user has deleted this transaction.' We only have one user set up in QuickBooks online. I've had no problems before adding and/or deleting time. Why am I getting this message and how do I resolve it?

I see you're getting an error message when deleting a record in the weekly timesheet. Since you get this error, let me share some troubleshooting steps to fix this issue.
Unexpected behavior or problems in QBO are usually because of saved files in your browser. It keeps files from different websites in your cache so that you may load them quickly the next time you visit. If the cache is overloaded, it can degrade the performance of currently open websites like QBO.
You can start by logging in to QuickBooks Online using a private browser (QBO). Because this type of browser does not store a cache, we can more readily determine if this is a browser issue.
Here's how:
Try to delete the transaction. You can clear your regular web browser's browsing history if it works. It will delete any previously saved browsing data that may have contributed to the problem.
I'll walk you through the steps:
Otherwise, you can proceed by using other compatible browsers.
QuickBooks also allows you to run payroll reports. You can understand better your company's finances and get vital information about your company and employees this way.
