Hello there, jhmoore.
We already have reported cases regarding the error you received when copying your QuickBooks Online Advanced company. Although, please note that we're still in the process of gathering more data from affected users.
In the meantime, I recommend utilizing a private window when generating the report to isolate browser-related issues. Accumulated data when running QuickBooks Online can also get corrupted, which causes unexpected behaviors.
You can refer to these keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
Once it works, clear the cache from your regular browser to refresh the website's preferences. Also, use a supported browser for the best and most secure experience.
However, you can contact our Customer Support Team to be added to the list of affected users if the issue persists. This also allows you to receive timely updates via email.
On the other hand, you can refer to this article for guidance if you want to create multiple company files and learn how to manage them: Create or add another company file to QuickBooks Online.
