I'll gladly share some insights about personalizing your email message when sending estimates to your customers in QuickBooks Online (QBO) so you can manage your sales transactions accordingly.
If you're referring to or you want to change your message to customers when they get their estimate, you can edit it anytime by going to the Email tab while customizing your form. To do this, here's how:
If you're referring to the default message that QuickBooks uses once your customer accepts your estimate, you're unable to edit or change it.
You can see this article to learn more about adding specific info to your sales forms in QBO: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
Also, QuickBooks automatically updates the status of your estimate once your customer accepts them. You may want to check out this article as your guide in converting your estimate to an invoice so you can bill your customers in QBO: Create and send estimates in QuickBooks Online.
Please feel free to leave a comment below if you have other concerns about managing estimates and sales forms in QBO. I'm always ready to help. Take care, @Brygette.
Thank you for this reply. @Moderator - is there a way to change my default email address for those default messages I receive when an Estimate is accepted or does it have to be the same email address associated with the quickbooks subscription?
