Etsy Transactions Stopped Populating to Quickbooks Self Employed

My Etsy transactions have stopped populating into quick books self employed on 2/9.  I’ve called support multiple times with no resolution. I was told me that they could escalate but it would take a long time to fix and refused to give me a timeframe.  Asked for a supervisor and did not receive a call back, as promised.   I confirmed accounts are linked on both the Betsy and Quickbooks sides.

Etsy Transactions Stopped Populating to Quickbooks Self Employed

I have the exact same issue on the exact same date. I have two Etsy stores connected to QBSE and they both stopped importing then.

This is the error I keep getting when trying to reconnect the services, "{"type":"CLIENT","message":"","detail":"/api/v1/etsy/callback","data":null,"errorMessage":"","isOK":false,"code":404}"

Please fix this.

Etsy Transactions Stopped Populating to Quickbooks Self Employed

Hi there, Sisuwest. I understand how important it is to have your Etsy account syncing correctly with QuickBooks Self-Employed. Before I connect you with our support team, let’s try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can refresh the connection.

First, try signing out and signing back in to your QuickBooks account. This ensures you are viewing the most recent updates and that your interface is fully current.

To rule out browser extensions or cache interference, try accessing QuickBooks in a private window using these shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If the issue persists, please follow these steps to reach our Live Support team. They have the diagnostic tools to pinpoint the cause and guide you through the re-syncing process:

  1. Click the Help button on the top right of your screen.
  2. Select the Contact Us option below the search bar.
  3. Briefly describe your issue in the box, then select Continue.
  4. Choose Callback to speak with an agent.

You can check our team's current availability right here: Get help with QuickBooks products and services.

While we work on the sync, you can keep your records up to date by manually importing your Etsy data into QBSE using a CSV file.

Please take note that manually importing your data can create duplicate transactions if those same entries were already partially synced or recorded in your account.
