How do I talk to someone at Quickbooks in regards to what looks like a program error? When I created my payment for Federal 940 last year and this year, Online Payroll entered an Increase and a Decrease for the same amount to my Payroll Liabilities:Federal Unemployment(940) account. I am also having trouble with the credit back for federal unemployment tax for an owner exempt from state unemployment tax.
I have called in to support but they don't seem to understand accounting.

That is what I did to contact support. The person was asking questions about accounting. I still need to fix the problem for now but I wanted to make someone aware of this for the future.
