Google blocks quickbooks from sending email estimates. sometimes it works sometimes like today says password incorrect..frustrated

Let me help you fix this concern so you email your estimates without interruptions, @Timbo slice.

 

It could be that there's something in your Google setting that blocking QuickBooks from performing this action. To fix this, we can add intuit as a trusted site. Here's how:

 

  1. Select the Customize and control Google Chrome () icon and choose Settings.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom and select Advanced.
  3. In the Privacy and security section, click Site Settings.
  4. Select Cookies.
  5. In the Allow section, click Add.
  6. Enter *intuit.com, then select Add to save.

 

If you're still getting the error, I recommend reaching out to Google support. This way, they can help you change your account settings and unblock QuickBooks from sending estimates to your customers.

 

In addition, you can run the Estimates by Customer report. This will provide you the name of the customer, number of the estimate, status, a few other bits of information, and invoice # if it's been applied. Just go to Reports and search for Estimates by Customer.

 

You can also customize this report and add the Sent column so you can see if the estimate has been emailed or not.
